The hotel is composed of 2 buildings connected with 5 and 9 floors. It has an internal regulations for customers. According to the Spanish legislation smoking is not allowed inside the hotel. The rooms were renovated in 2004, have 316 rooms with balcony, telephone, television, air conditioning or heating, bathroom with bidets, hair dryers, and also has rooms for the disabled and communicated on request. It also has rental facilities in the room as safes, minibars and water heaters.

The hotel also offers a restaurant buffet service for breakfast, lunch and dinner and a poolside bar.
