The Pensión Monteverde is located on a pedestrian street in central Cangas de Onís, next to its church and just 100 metres from the bus station, where guests can find public parking and take the buses to visit Covadonga and its lakes. The rooms are quite simple, but comfortable for a 1-star hotel. Very clean! The staff is friendly and the location is perfect.

Ugly old rooms. Sound isolation that of a cardboard box. Closet has no shelves to put your things on to. Rooms don't come with a "do not disturb/do not clean sign" which is why you are rudely woken up by room service every morning trying to break in to yo

Highly recommend, super nice people, great prices. Have a coffee and talk to Jorge from Brazil in the cafe - what a sweet guy! Would definitely stay again if in the area.
